Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand and sent on its way with care. Here is everything you need to know about getting your Ari Baby blanket home.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping, Australia-wide: $11 flat rate, 2–6 business days after dispatch.
- Orders over $80: FREE standard shipping. The $80 threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied.
One flat rate, no matter how many blankets you order or where in Australia you are.
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. During launches, sale periods, and public holidays, dispatch can take a little longer. If your order has not left us within a week, we will email you with an update.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship from Queensland with Australia Post. As a guide, allow 2 to 4 business days after dispatch for QLD and east coast metro addresses, and up to 6 business days for WA, NT, and regional or remote areas. Delivery estimates are a guide only; once your parcel is with Australia Post, delivery timing is in their hands and we cannot accept responsibility for carrier delays.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel through Australia Post tracking.
Safe Drop and Signature
If no one is home, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place, or card it to your nearest post office if there isn't one. If you choose to give authority to leave, you do so at your own risk: we cannot cover parcels that go missing after they have been safely delivered. Uncollected parcels are held by the post office for a limited time before being returned to us.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Yes! Because we ship with Australia Post, we happily deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Your Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before checking out, including your unit number if you have one. Orders are sent to the address you provide, and we cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address. Spotted a mistake? Email us straight away; we can update the address any time before dispatch. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or it went uncollected, we will refund the product cost (shipping is non-refundable) or reship it at your cost, whichever you prefer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking has not moved for several days or your parcel seems lost, let us know within 30 days of dispatch and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf and keep you updated until it is resolved.
